Tree Contest ~ Decorated Trees will be placed around the Community Center at St. John’s. We will have 3 categories Junior, General and Business Trees. Winners will be chosen by a “Peoples Choice Ballot.” Trees will be set up at St. John’s on Thursday, December 2nd from 2pm to 7pm. Trees have a maximum 6′ diameter area. Tear down will be Saturday, December 4th from 4pm to 5pm. REGISTRATION deadline is November 21st. Fee is $40 or $35 for Chamber Members. Applications are available from the Chamber Office.
Vendor Applications are available at the Chamber Office. The fee will remain the same as in the past.
Our ‘ELF ON THE SHELF” scavenger hunt will have 15- 20 Twin Lakes Businesses participating. Please Pre-Register at the Chamber office if you would like to do the hunt. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: December 2nd. Be at the Chamber office by 9:00 AM to check-in. The hunt will start from the Chamber office at 10:00 AM. You will get your sheet of participating businesses and a swag bag at check-in.
Our “UGLY SWEATER” Contest is in full swing this year so dust off those ugly sweaters and take a photo of yourself in the sweater. Any person age 12 and older is welcome to enter. Remember to enclose a list of materials used along with a title and description when submitting your entry. Remember all sweaters must be family appropriate. The photo must be 8×10 and the fee is $5. All entries must be submitted to the Chamber by November 28th. Entries will be judged by a People’s Choice Ballot.
“GINGERBREAD HOUSE” Contest. One gingerbread house per participant or group. Gingerbread houses must be houses, barns, churches etc. They must be placed on a base not to exceed 18″x18″. A list of materials used, a title and brief description must be submitted with your entry. Titles and decorators name must be submitted to the Chamber by November 28th. All entries must be delivered to St. John’s between 4pm and 7pm on Thursday, December 1st or Friday, December 2nd between 9am and 11am. Fee is $10.

Any items can be dropped at the Chamber Office also.
